What you'll do
- Run a assigned kitchen section during service
- Prep ingredients and maintain mise en place
- Follow food safety and HACCP standards
- Train commis chefs on your station
What we're looking for
- 2+ years kitchen experience
- Certificate in food production
- Team leadership skills
- Flexible with shift patterns
